Stand With Crypto Global (“SWC Global”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) is the non-USA chapter of the Stand With Crypto global advocacy group, whose mission is to unite global crypto advocates, forming a passionate community committed to driving sensible crypto innovation and crypto policy.

This Supplemental Stand with Crypto Global Privacy Policy supplements the Coinbase Privacy Policy by explaining the additional information that we process whenever you sign up to, or otherwise engage with, SWC Global and providing more detail about how we process that information. If you reside in the UK, CB Payments Limited is the data controller of your personal information. If you reside in Canada, CB Canada Inc. is the data controller of your personal information. If you reside in Australia, CB Australia Pty Ltd is the data controller of your personal information (together referred to as “SWC Global” in this policy).

When you sign up to be a part of SWC Global via this form, you provide us with the following information:

• Your name (forename and surname);

• Your email;

• What Web3 category do you fall under;

• Your postal code; and

• Your choice in relation to whether you would like to receive direct marketing updates about SWC;

• Your social media handle (optional);

• What Web3 project you work for (optional).

We may also collect information about you when you engage with us via email or through in person SWC events.

How do we use this information?

In addition to the uses of information as described in the Coinbase Privacy Policy under ‘How We Use Your Information’, we use the information collected (as described above) in the following ways:

• Engagement with SWC. We use the information that we collect about you to provide you with information and / or content related to SWC Global’s mission, initiatives, advocacy, and business. This includes sending you newsletters, updates, and / or opportunities for engagement related to SWC Global’s mission, initiatives, advocacy, and business. We also enable you to partake in SWC fundraising initiatives, contents, sweepstakes, promotions, and surveys.

What is our legal basis for processing data for SWC Global?

We collect, use, and share your data in the ways described above and in accordance with Coinbase Privacy Policy under ‘How We Use Your Information’. We specifically rely on consent to:

• Engage with you as a member or subscriber of SWC Global. To send you targeted marketing communications (including information or content related to SWC’s mission, initiatives, advocacy and business) through email, or by post.

How is this information shared?

In addition to the information set out in the Coinbase Privacy Policy under ‘How And Why We Share Your Information’, we may share the information we collect in the following additional ways:

• With SWC service providers, contracts and partners, including their vendors who help to coordinate communications and other outreach and to elected officials and policymakers;

• SWC may contract with other third parties to perform functions related to the events, services, and initiatives provided by SWC;
